Asadul Islam | | For Copy Right and Code Protection you can refer to the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its subsequent amendments. I think you'll get your answer and so far as drafting of Overseas Partnership undebture is concerned its better you consult some better Attorney or Advocate for the purpose.
